The reggae music genre has so many incredibly talented artists around the world. There are numerous up-and-coming artists in today’s scene and it’s so fun to see their rise. These artists really caught our attention this year! Here are the Nominees for the 2025 Daily Reggae “Rising Artist of the Year”.

Get the party started with “Carnival Friend” by Kes and Benjai. This song brings so much energy and is really fun to dance to!

“Extra Vintage” by Tenor Blue is one of the smoothest reggae songs of 2025. This track is an absolute gem in every aspect from its message, old school riddim and Tenor Blue’s silky vocals.

French reggae band Dub Inc has released an amazing new album titled “Atlas”. Reggae fans will love the 12 track LP and the inspiring messages of love, hope and standing up for what you believe in. 

Dutch artist Gus Walker delivers a smooth, uplifting vibe with his new single “Hands.” Blending reggae warmth with soulful R&B and hip-hop grooves, the track captures that vulnerable moment when new love feels uncertain but worth the leap.

Take in the holidays with Anuhea and some island vibes on the “All is Bright” Tour. The mega talented singer-songwriter from Hawaii kicks off her tour at the end of November with shows through early January.

Keep your head up with Rik Jam and JonQuan’s “Gwan Walk”. I love this track’s old school feel and the silky smooth riddim by JonQuan.

Gramps Morgan is one of the most soulful voices in music today, and he delivers all the feels with the new track, “Where My Heart Belongs.”
