As Summer looms around the corner, Fortunate Youth, Josh Heinrichs and Nick Sefakis came together for a special 4/20 weekend show at the famous Beach House in San Diego’s Mission Beach. This lineup also included some special guests; such as the up and coming Ray Jones, Dubbest, and Eureka Sound for a well-rounded Cali-reggae lineup.

Eureka Sound and Simpkin Project have teamed up for the groovy, uplifting, reggae jam “Seeker”. Outside the positive message of following your heart, the track features a beautiful arrangement of vocal and horn melodies. We would love to hear more tracks from this seamless collab.

Daily Reggae caught up the Boston-based singer-songwriter to learn more about the song’s inspiration and message. Joy teamed with Eureka Sound on the track’s beautiful rhythm section, and her voice shines through.

Turn up at the Mammoth Reggae Festival 2023 with big time reggae artists like Eli Mac, The Elovaters and Arise Roots. The 13th Annual Mammoth Reggae Festival will be held July 21 - 23, 2023 and feature top talent reggae musicians like Pacific Dub, Inna Vision, Eureka Sound, and Kyle Smith.

We first started following Eureka Sound when we saw them perform with Josh Heinrichs and have been huge fans ever since. A couple of months back we had the chance to meet David Yun and see the band play in Oceanside, California. When we heard the band play Brand New Day, we knew this is a song we’d be playing for years to come. In Brand New Day, Eureka Sound teams up with Kumar and they deliver such a powerful message of self-love, opening yourself up to new experiences, and appreciation for each moment in life. The musicianship of the song is beautiful.

On Saturday, Fam Jam rocked Legacy Brewing Company in Oceanside, California with awesome performances by Josh Heinrichs, Eureka Sound, The Tones, and Dead Kennedy.
