In his new single, Ups And Downs, Hector Roots Lewis sings, “Cuz you can never rise if you never yet fall down; You can never rise if you never yet fall down; It's ups and downs.” We love this message for so many reasons. If you don’t take a chance and follow your passions in life then you’ll never rise. There will certainly be days when you fall down but the rise will be all worth it! Lewis is known as a background vocalist and percussionist for Chronixx, and he shines in Ups and Downs.
