Singer-songwriter Kimié Miner returns with a stunning new video for “Kuʻu Hawaiʻi,” her first love song to Hawaiʻi Island sung in ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi.

The track is a heartfelt mele inoa honoring the ʻāina that raised her and the kūpuna who continue to guide her. Opening with the call of a palila bird, the video drifts through Hualālai, Kealakehe, Kohanaiki, and Honokaʻa beneath Mauna Kea, each place shining as a light in her lei of memories.

Filmed alongside her father Paul Miner, the piece captures a deep connection to home and heritage. Kimié closes with a line that says it all — “Hawaiʻi is my pride. I am here to stay.”
