Joey Calderaio and Nick Sefakis capture a laid-back spirit on “VACANCY”

Written By Chris Blake

Joey Calderaio teams up with Nick Sefakis on the new single “VACANCY,” and I’m loving the airy feeling and laid-back spirit of this track.

The song is all about clearing your mind, escaping the everyday noise, and finding that freeing mental space where negativity doesn’t have a vacancy.

Joey and Nick sound great together, and the collaboration has an effortless chemistry that makes this one easy to vibe to.
