Virginia-based band Last Resort showcase their jamming style of reggae rock infused with dub in the new EP, “Other Side Of The World”. The five track EP is super rad and portrays the band’s talented musicianship. This is a great EP to throw on during any time of day, especially as you soak in sun and relaxation.

Remedy” has an irie bass line and we love the song’s grooving drum pattern. You are immediately impressed with Last Resort’s tempo and shredding guitars. The band’s singer also crushes his vocals and the lyrics are fun and easy to sing along with.

In the track “All In” the song starts out with a super catchy guitar line that goes into a guitar solo. Heck yes! The song is mellow and the band reflects on the fast passing of time. Once again the bass line slaps and I love the guitar and dub effects.
