The project opens with the incredible “Pro-cess,” a hip-hop–inspired track with a standout beat and a powerful message to trust your instincts and follow your heart.

Matisyahu then teams up with BLP Kosher on “Anxiety,” a thoughtful song encouraging listeners to slow down and find calm in the midst of chaos. The production is another gem, blending smooth textures with meaningful lyricism.

“Sound Foundation” takes fans back to Matisyahu’s roots while reflecting his motivational spirit. The track reminds us that healing begins with a strong foundation. His vocals and songwriting truly shine here, delivering an inspiring hook and positive energy throughout.

One of the standout moments of the album — and one of my favorite tracks of 2025 — is “Son Come Up.” The hip-hop-meets-reggae fusion is infectious, and the collaboration with his son, LAIVY, adds extra heart. As a new dad myself, I deeply relate to Matisyahu’s message about passing the torch and creating opportunities for the next generation.

“Wake Up” is an uplifting anthem about keeping faith and staying true to your path. With its creative production and meaningful lyrics, it’s yet another reminder why Matisyahu’s music resonates on a global stage.
